I'm not big on raw fish--I don't like sashimi, but i'll eat sushi. I'm pretty American in my tastes for sushi. I love California rolls which is sooooo American. I also love spicy tuna rolls and that roll where you get a colorful and really good combo of tuna, shrimp, etc....I don't eat tako, uni or those big orange fish eggs.......but i'll eat masago--i love when they put it in the salad dressings at Japanese restaurants nowadays. The South Bay has restaurants that are big on that now and it's soooo yummy. I keep trying to recreate the recipes, but it just doesn't work out somehow.
