My dad lives in Japan; actually, in the small city where he was raised. Been there twice -- very quiet but very lovely. Aw, so u're sorta following in your father's footsteps?? that's nice. He must appreciate, then. mine doesn't smoke like a chimney anymore, thank goodness. But still smokes. I think he got down to half a pack a day now. lol i think that's an asian thing too, to sleep that way. Not sure why. Sometimes my brother catches me sleeping the same way and it surprises the heck out of us. Even my mother can't believe the resemblance at times. did ur parents pass anything down to ya - tangibly or personality-wise?

that game was in Swiss, which is so ironic, cuz everything is supposed to work like a charm in Swiss...I was actually living in NY at the time, and was watching that game at a TGIF on 5th avenue in Manhattan...it was nuts! Everytime the stream returned, the score changed...I had a heart attack everytime!!! It was a good game though :) merely cuz we won haha
hey, domo arigatou, for the comment. so were u in Germany during the Germany/Turkey game for the UEFA???? watched that from home but we had really crap satellite problems in the states because of some sort of storm near the broadcasting stations in Germany. Very anti-climactic.
Hell yeah, i remember about two goals were scored throughout the streamloss lol and like the final 5 minutes or so was totally out due to the storm and the moment it returns, the players are practically walkin' off the pitch. I was goin' insane, and i wasn't even at a bar, just at home lol Now, the Spain/Italy game was a riot. THAT i saw @ a bar, with an overwhelming number of Spain supporters. THat was one insane game. Saw it at a bar on 3rd ave. and 12th st i think.. forgot the name. it's run by English folks. I don't think i've ever been in such a football craze than this year's UEFA Cup.

i haven't seen that movie in ages. i have the dvd but it's the special edition where u have to navigate through this 'elaborate' menu in order to play the film or watch any of its extras. all work and no play makes Tak a dull guy. lol
