    On many occasions, there maybe only one customer in the whole store, or it is VERY obvious that the other customers have their drinks and are no longer ordering or waiting for one to be made, they are probably sitting down. Someone will come in order a drink and then wait, I call it out and they heard me, no one is standing in front or behind them and they will still ask me, "what is this?" or "is this mine?" Well hmmmmmmmmmm  you tell me, considering that we should use our brains, and that there is no one else standing here and you are the most recent and last person to order, IS IT???

    or people love having their names on their cups. ok i get it if there are a hundred people, but it still irritates me. or like i have mentioned earlier, people will ask "is this mine?" when they have ordered a HOT DRINK and the one sitting on the counter is a frappucino. There is an obvious difference between a hot and a cold drink. This isn't a mystery or an illusion. We aren't here to deceive you into giving you a cold drink when you ordered a hot one.  I don't understand why people can't simply come in and tell me what they want. It's really funny that one of the easiest things to do is always the hardest. What do you want?

    And the helicopters/hawks that stand over me while I make their wonderful order. Oh do you think I am a bartender? Please tip me then! I am very upset that they got new machines, machines that are shorter! I am 5'3 and was able to hide behind the old machines, and sometimes could avoid conversation, but these new machines make sure that I can see the customers, WHYYYYYYY!!!!!!!
