    The new change to the RECENT ACTIVITIES section with the tabs is a nice addition.  Keeps everyone abreast of the latest developments around here!  Also, the boxes to start new conversations, polls, spread the word, etc. are also very functional and prominent.  If I could leave one friendly suggestion--perhaps, the icons could need a little makeover in the spirit of Sarah Palin and her wardrobe...the gray shading make them just a little bit boring...
