Various kinds of Sushi
I don't know about anyone, but I like mine with a little bit of saurkraut and cream cheese. Sooner or later I wanna try sushi with chunks olf pickeled hering or the dreaded Leuhtafisk (raw Cod pickled in lye) both of which alone have been popular in N. Europe 4 a long time.
