I have dated all races, but I think I am most attracted to other Hapas.  I don't meet many so I have not had the chance to date any long term to know if that is what I prefer.

Even though it can be nice to be with someone who 'understands' your background and shares similarities (being hapa can be pretty unique way to grow up), I don't think it really matters to me at the end of the day. I'm attracted to people no matter what their heritage.

Though, I am strangely drawn to other hapa when I see them, but it's not necessarily an attraction thing.

hard to say, I like all races.. but yes us hapas are the best, sadly there are absolutely none I can find who arent taken or are a total bitch because they think they are the best thing since sliced bread. Ive been dating lots of korean girls lately, which is hit or miss

Hi 'Kaila'.  I prefer -'People who have things in common with me', to work with/to 'do business with'/support etc. etc.  However, I prefer people, who 're 'different to me', to 'make love to', generally.

E.G.: I hAVE BLACK HAIR, SO i PREFER BLONDES/Black/'Oriental' women, as i'm '1/2 white, 1/2 Indian' -blonde, black/'Oriental women', 're msot 'different'.

One would think that available eurasians would be falling from the sky in San Francisco....The only category I haven't dated yet so I doomed to fail in my game of racial battleship :(

Other Hapas are generally pretty hot, from what I've seen.  But I've never dated one, or an Asian either.  I always felt too intimidated to consider it.  I've mostly only dated Caucasian boys.  I kind of lean toward the "opposites attract" thing, seeing how my parents are a living example of that.

My husband is Caucasian and our relationship is exciting and interesting because of how we contrast.  I'm perfectly cool with that.  ^__^

I've found myself mostly attracted to other Japanese or asian girls more than anything else because I get along with them the best. I also love other happas but their aren't too many around me so I've never had a chance to go out with any. My problem is neither of these groups women seem to be attracted to me so I'm in a bit of a dilemma. But yeah, I love other happas.

hmmm... my first crush was happa and didn't know he was one till i found out in 6th grade. in high school i liked another hapa guy and  i didn't know either  who is pinoy and mexican  and living around latino communities,schools and local for years i was always attracted to latino guys.and now it  doesn't really matter.. hapa dudes are hot  too!!!!

I never thought I had a preference before, but I find myself gravitating to hapas the more I get older. Being in HI (what I think of as the hapa mecca) doesn't hurt as there are so many hapas of interesting backgrounds. What I appreciate the most , however, is that so many people have a multi-cultural perspective even if their racial background doesn't match.

All of my previous long-term relationships have been with Hapa boys (Japanese/Caucasian)...and obviously none of them worked out in the end.  Was it because they were hapa?  Or was it because they all happened to be engineers?  I need to expand my dating pool...hehe.  No more engineers for me!

I've dated all different races, it's never been something thats very been a big part of my decision making when it comes to who I'm with.. never had a preference either. Usually I end up with italian or german mixed typical american white girls and  I've never dated a hapa and am a bit intrigued by the thought lately just because I like new experiences. When it comes down to it, all that matters is it's someone I have fun with, and someone good in bed ;-) Ciao for now

I'm pretty much horrible at dating/women in general to begin with, but in all honesty it doesn't matter to me as long as we are good for each other.  I guess fellow hapas would be more empathetic towards another concerning identity, culture, etc.  I've been able to get along with most everybody, though my experience thus far Asians have generally treat me with a kind of negligent acceptance that I prefer to being the multi-ethnic outcast.

I'm partial to asian/hapa men.   Most of the time, I'm not attracted to white men... I mean, unless it's like that angle that Halle Berry is with :P LOL

But I also have a little soft spot for Jews. (I mean the ethnicity, not the religion) I dunno, something about dark skin and dark curly hair really gets me.

well in general i have a preference for latinas or asians.  I think i used to like full asian girls more but im beginning to dig the hapaness more now.   You can really relate to each other especially if you have a same or similar mix.    For all those people wanting to get a hapa, good luck and happy hunting!

I've dated many different races from white, mexican to different full-asians.  Hapas are the most exotic and beautiful people though.  I love it when people are of mixed race.  It just adds that certain mysteriousness!  I haven't met that many hapa guys in my life, but a hapa guy would be ideal....

I would most def, have to say Mexicans and other Hapas. To be honest I'm not really attracted to white guys, and black guys can be pretty hot. I guess it depends on their personality

I like asian men. I could never find a good Hapa but I would love to end up with one in the end. With both of my parents being Hapa, makes me want to find one even more. Why is it so hard to find??? lol. But yeah, Hapa, Asian, and maybe a white guy, if he's cute. =P

I prefer mixed girls in general, but this was more so the case in Texas and Asia where I had more to identify with them. Hawaii has so many mixes "now" that I'm not so picky about having to date another mixed person. Four other reasons I feel this way is b/c I've encountered a lot more "less attractive" hapas recently than I did before I went to Texas/Asia 5+ yrs ago and w/ more hapas around, I've noticed there about 20% are not that height/bone size compatible with me (I'm just 5'8"), some can be a little masculine sounding (i.e. like some white girls), and some are too full of themselves.

Most of the less attractive hapas I've been seeing around Oahu were half Japanese or half Korean mixed. They seem more likely to get the funky red freckles, red head/carrot top type ghost pale skin complexion, and small or funky shaped eyes.

I stay clear from most white girls unless they're 5-11 years younger than me. LOL! The Hawaiian sun does them more harm then good.

I didn't intend to at first, but it seems like my best dating relationships are with fellow hapas...ironically some hapa girls I met in Asia didn't want me because they wanted an all Asian guy so their future children could pass for pure Asian. They wanted to "de-hapafy" their future.

I'm the opposite. I would actually want to share this experience with my children. It would be a bond we could all be proud of that we were a living bridge between East and West. To me it is an opprotunity to be a human being first before being 'part" of anything else.

We are living, breathing, walking, talking United Nations poster children! In the long run we can be a bridge of cultural understanding and apprecation for the world, kind of like a teriyaki burger, just kidding! ;)

Being hapa is special, I embrace it and put hapa girls first and foremost as the most beautiful women in the world, inside and out!!! =)
