Holy Police
There's an unusual kind of police called the holy police. When they sense each person that's going to be sined, they arrest the person. They do a temperary arrest to put a symbol that give the person sacred powers and realese him/her. There are two holy policies, one based in New York(US) and the one based in London(UK).
