Hello Chi-town Hapa!  I miss Chicago *so* much right now - it's the middle of the snow "blizzard" in NYC and I have to say, no one quite knows how to handle snow here like they do back there.  I lived in Lincoln Park and attended DePaul and miss the great Mexican restaurants that are all over the city, games at Wrigley Field and the amazing St. Patty's day festival (I don't think they have the shamrock shake here in NYC :(

Anyway, I was wondering if I could get your support in a hapa/multiethnic issue.  I'm involved with Loving Day, an educational organization that spread the word about hapa/multiethnic folks like us.  We're involved in this contest that Pepsi is holding and we're in the running for a $25K grant to throw the largest multiethnic festival in the world, the Loving Day Flagship Celebration.
